Yearly interest rates for Downtown San Diego Real Estate

Wanted to share this graph with you all. As 92101 Urban Living are geeks for the analytic, thought this one would be of interest. This shows the last 20 years average interest rates on 30 year fixed rate mortgages. Looking back to the year of 1991 when the average rate was 9.25 gives you kind of an idea what luxury we have in the second quarter of 2011 where the rate is an average of 4.66. Pretty amazing that this year is beating the record of the lowest rate in the last 20 years. No wonder we have lots of action and people interested in Downtown San Diego real estate. ')}
