Hey! It’s Heather. Had a lot of fun last Thursday touring the new homes on the Downtown San Diego Real Estate caravan. Here are three properties that really stood out.
Bayside #2901 in the Columbia District
My first thought walking in was… imagine the sunsets enjoyed from here! Water views from every room except the bathrooms. The bedrooms felt as though they sat right there on the waters edge. Chestnut hardwood floors throughout the entire home which made it feel very spacious, open, and clean. I spent a good 5 minutes on the large patio looking at the bay, ocean, San Diego Harbor, Coronado, and Point Loma and even took a panoramic photo it was so nice and relaxing. Upgraded kitchen and baths – you can’t miss the unique toilet, I’ve never seen anything like it. Viking appliances. This luxury building offers full amenities including concierge, private wine tasting lounge, entertainment lounge with screening room, community library, swimming pool, fitness center, and a sauna and steam room. 350 W. Ash in Little Italy
Great home for first time home buyer or as a 2nd home/investment. This 11th floor loft style studio boasts city and peak water views. Another great perk is there are 2 side by side parking spaces which sometimes makes a place more desireable, especially if a couple with be living there. Extra storage space in garage too. Breeza #105 in the Columbia District
Entertainers out there, don’t miss out on this one. Large private outdoor patio, just outside the living room, provides extra space for entertaining, BBQ’s, lounging and relaxation. Faces inside the lushly landscaped interior courtyard for more privacy. Unique custom hardwood floor adds lots of character to this 1 bedroom condo. Very nice and clean. Building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, fitness center, BBQ patio and a rooftop deck with views of San Diego. Listing courtesy of Drew Auker of Ascent Real Estate
