One of the perks of being a San Diego home owner in the Downtown San Diego Real Estate market is the access to premier events across the San Diego county.
A prime example of this is the Farmer’s Insurance Open (Formally Buick Open) golf tournament taking place this weekend in La Jolla at the Torrey Pines golf course. All of the big names from the PGA Tour come out to this tournament including Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, and Rory McIlroy.
This tournament has been a fixture on the PGA tour since 1952 when it was known as the San Diego Open. This is one of the events that is brought up most in small talk with our Downtown San Diego Real Estate clients and is definitely worth checking out if you have the free time this weekend. ')}
