Taste of Little Italy
June 17
An annual favorite among most residents living in Downtown San Diego, Taste of Little Italy transports ticketholders from San Diego to a piazza an ocean away. Roughly 30 of the neighborhood’s unique eateries open their doors to give local foodies a chance to sample some of their best cuisine. There are three route options available, and tickets for a single route are $30. The full route is available for $45.
San Diego Beer Festival
June 20
Celebrate the San Diego Beer Festival’s fifth birthday this year with great brews, rockin’ music, and delicious snacks from local food trucks. General admission is $40, and VIP admission is $50. Both give festivalgoers unlimited tastings of the dozens of international and local beers available at the event. Proceeds from the event benefit Noah’s B-ark Pet Rescue.
Heroes Brew Craft Beer Fest
July 11
It’s not summer in San Diego without a handful of beer festivals. If you didn’t get enough at the San Diego Beer Festival, check out Heroes Brew Craft Beer Fest, featuring over 40 breweries and 80 craft beers, live music, a raffle, and a costume contest. General admission is $44, and VIP is $59.
Cirko Teleskoptico
July 24 and 25
Head over to Markers Quarter in East Village San Diego to check out this one-of-a-kind event billed as a combination of dance, storytelling, cirque, and technology. During the interactive pop-up dinner, guests can dine on delicious fare locally sourced in San Diego. Cirko can also accommodate any food restrictions or allergies. Tickets start at $60, alcohol not included.
