This graph shows the average montly sales price for Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts from April in 2009 to March of 2010. In June of 2009 the price went sky high for a short while and then back to the same price as before. What happened? Well, Bayside a luxury high-rise complex started closing out their units and the average price rose to $583,052 for just a short period of time.
