There was an incease of 17 homes sold from September to October showing a very strong month of sales. The average sales price dropped from $478,931 to $440,449. The drop of average sales price might be beacuse of the 11 sales closing at Smart Corner. Cash buyers are still accounting for 46% of the Downtown San Diego Real Estate market and the majority of sales (69%) are under $500,000. ')}
