The financial breakdown of Downtown San Diego Condos and Downtown San Diego Lofts sold in the 3rd quarter of 2012 shows that out of 145 homes financed 124 homes (85%) belonged to the conforming range up to $417,000. The extended conforming range from $417,000 up to $700,000 had 14 homes (10%) financed and the Jumbo loan limit above $700,000 had 7 (5%) homes financed.
