A total of 103 units were sold during this month and as we mentioned in a former blog the developer sales are decreasing. If we compare the numbers of the first quarter of 2010, the New Home/Developer sales are slowly getting slimmer with a 2% drop down to 39% of the market where Park Terrace, The Mark, Sapphire and Bayside were a huge impact. Slightly thereafter are Resales with 25% of the market, Bank Owned with 20% and Short Sales with 16%.
