This graph shows us what kind of sales happened during April 2010 in the different neighborhoods in Downtown San Diego. The Columbia District came in strong with a total of 26 sales where 18 of them were developer sales from Sapphire and Bayside and the East Village/Ballpark District was slightly behind with a total of 25 sales where 11 of them were developer sales from Park Terrace and The Mark. As mentioned in earlier blogs, the developer sales will slowly decrease each month as there are no new buildings being built and the developer units are almost sold out.
