The Columbia District is one of Downtown San Diego’s newly evolving neighborhoods. In 2012 the average price for a Columbia District Condo was $713,736. By the end of 2013 the average sales price value had grown to a very solid $819,437. This is an increase of over $15%, and aside from the Marina District, this is represents one the highest averages for values in Downtown Real Estate. The total number of Columbia District Condos sold in 2013 was 125 compared to 144 in 2012. The number of sales was down, but the values were up.
